There are resident director requirements for any captive licensed in Delaware or Nevada. We provide the statutory required director for these companies.

There are commercial reasons to isolate or “orphan” an investment or asset from the parent company and make it desirable to have the sole member/stockholder be an unrelated party. Stewart Management Company provides the necessary infrastructure to function in this capacity.
DELAWARE & NEVADA RESIDENT TRUSTEE SERVICES
Delaware and Nevada (like most states) have provisions that allow residents to serve as resident trustees. We provide introductions to individuals that meet the resident criteria as outlined by statute.
